By accessing or using the NestDeck platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Platform Role

NestDeck acts as a platform connecting property owners with potential tenants. We are not a party to any rental agreement between owners and tenants. All lease agreements are directly between property owners and tenants.

3. Property Listings

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. NestDeck reserves the right to verify, edit, or remove any listing that does not meet our quality standards. Verified listings have been personally inspected by our team.

4. Bookings & Payments

Payments processed through NestDeck are subject to our booking terms and the property owner's cancellation policy. Platform fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to use the platform for fraudulent purposes, post false or misleading information, or violate any applicable laws. NestDeck reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

NestDeck is not liable for any damages arising from the use of properties listed on the platform. We make no warranties about the accuracy of listings beyond what our verification process covers.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
